Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data Lino AMD collects through linoamd.com, why it is collected and what rights you have. It follows Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), which applies to visitors from the entire European Economic Area.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Lino kalvė (trading as Lino AMD), Ryto str. 1, Klemiškės I village, Klaipėda district, LT-91283, Lithuania. For any question about this policy write to admin@linoamd.com or call +370 682 11115.
What we collect and why
We only collect what you send us yourself. When you submit the enquiry form we receive your name, surname, email address, subject and message. This data is used for one purpose only – to answer your enquiry and, if it leads to a project, to prepare a quotation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where an order follows, the performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)).
The web server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, request time, browser type) for security and troubleshooting. The same IP address is used, in hashed form, to limit how many messages can be sent from one device – this prevents the form from being abused for spam.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and contains no third-party tracking scripts, social plugins or embedded advertising. Cookies are only used if you log in to the site’s administration area. Because of that, no cookie consent banner is required.
Who receives your data
Your enquiry is delivered to our own mailbox. We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties for marketing. Data may be processed by our hosting and email providers acting as processors under contract, and it is stored within the European Economic Area.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to three years so that we can return to a project that was discussed earlier; accounting documents are kept for the period required by Lithuanian law. Server logs are kept for a short technical period and then overwritten.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to admin@linoamd.com and we will respond within one month. If you believe your data has been handled incorrectly, you may lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt) or with the supervisory authority of your own country.
